Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made for different size of the product originally bought, depending on availability. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a completely new style, you will need to return it and place a new order. Shipping is free on replacement items, but please note that this complimentary service means we are unable to refund outbound delivery costs. If you are based outside the EU you will need to pay duties and taxes on any replacements.
