Returns policy


Returns are accepted, as long as the items you are returning are in the same condition in which you received them, i.e., in their original sealed and undamaged packaging; and are accompanied by the retail receipt or invoice.

When returning an item, you must send either an e-mail to making sure you have included your order code or by calling our Customer Service Department at 0030 211 4003033 (Monday through Friday, 10:00 am – 18:00pm hours GMT +3).

You may return an item within fifteen (15) days following its date of delivery. Five (5) days should be allowed for postage, so please make sure your item is posted within 10 days of receipt. Just fill out the special return form inside your package. Make sure to include your order number and name: Without the document, we cannot proceed with the return process.
